Booking & Scheduling

How do I schedule a ride?

You can schedule a ride by:

We recommend booking in advance when possible to ensure availability.


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. However, we understand that last-minute needs happen, and we will do our best to accommodate same-day or urgent requests.


Do you offer recurring or standing appointments?

Yes. We offer recurring transportation for clients who have regular appointments, such as dialysis or physical therapy.


Vehicles & Accessibility

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We offer wheelchair-accessible transportation and can accommodate passengers using wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids.


Do drivers assist passengers?

Yes. Our drivers provide door-to-door assistance and can help with entering and exiting the vehicle safely. We treat every client with patience and respect.


Can a caregiver or family member ride along?

Yes, a caregiver or family member may ride along, depending on seating availability. Please let us know when booking.

What should I expect on the day of my ride?

What if my appointment runs late?

We understand that medical appointments can run longer than expected. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust your pickup time.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
